Andy Hagan and is Biological Science Technician at USDA-ARS NLGRP (National Laboratory for Genetic Resource Preservation) in Ft. Collins, CO. He has been with the NLGRP since 2012 when he started out as a custodian while finishing his B.S. at Colorado State University. His responsibilities include the management and storage of seeds and microbes at NLGRP including CPPSI materials, Svalbard shipments for the NPGS (National Plant Germplasm System), seeds for PVP (Plant Variety Protection), and JPR (Journal Plant Registration). He is also the location's APHIS Permitee and coordinator for seeds and microbes.
